How much time should I commit?

Each of the three training options can be learned in a single riding day. Since it’s important to practice all methods both with your right foot and left foot forward, you should plan for a total of 6 riding days.

Is there support after I finish?

Yes, you’ll join a private community to ask questions and share progress even after completing the lessons.
